This modern 18-hole golf course, almost 6 km long, will delight both amateur and professional players. Beginners can take part in a golf course. The CUBO restaurant in the Club House serves delicious lunches and dinners daily, and can also arrange picnics.
The hotel is an excellent base for visiting the surrounding hills, such as Križna gora, Osovnik or Sveti Jakob, which offer beautiful views. If you have small children, you can drive to the peaks. The paths on the peaks are easy and suitable for children.
Walk among the ruins of a real medieval castle. The Old Castle or Smlednik Castle is located on a small hill to the east of the Hotel Zbilje. From the hill, which you can reach on foot or by car, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Julian Alps and our biggest peak, Triglav. In front of the castle, there is a small bar serving fresh meals.
Lake Zbilje is located just 200 metres from the hotel and is a wonderful excursion destination surrounded by many walking trails. You can go boating or rafting on the lake, or you can just admire nature and feed the swans. There are some cafés and a patisserie in the area.
Medvode is located at the junction of the Sava and Sora rivers and the roads leading to its capital Ljubljana.
